We handle the customer’s shopping experience before the moment they decide to place an order to the moment they receive their packages at their door.

When you want to send an inquiry or get assistance from Eve, you will not have to sign up or register to our service. All you need to do is text "Start" to our number on WhatsApp and we'll take it from there. 

Once you do that, our live agents will send you a summary about how the service works. Our agents are available 12 hours every day and are at your disposal for any questions, inquiries or orders. 

You will send the item you want to order to our agents (URL link or photo) and they will provide you with personalized shopping assistance. This means that if you are not sure about your item, about the site you are order from, about whether your item can pass through customs, our agents will assist you with everything you need to know.

When you decide what you what to order, we will send you a detailed invoice with a breakdown of all the extra charges as well as the estimated delivery time BEFORE you confirm the order.

Here you can choose to pay in 3 different ways: Cash on Order (pay via OMT or office visit as soon as you confirm the order - cheaper option), Cash on Delivery (pay full price when the item is delivered at your door), or Financing (you can pay monthly installments at the bank). 

You will also be able to select the shipping method that you'd like. You can choose between Air Cargo (2-3 weeks delivery) or Sea Cargo (8-10 weeks delivery for orders above 20kg). 

It is important to mention that we do not charge dimensional weight as most other shopping services. This means that we only charge you based on the weight of your item, and not the size (for all packages that are under 202cm). 

Once you decide on everything, you will confirm your order with our agents and your work is done! We take it from there and proceed to purchase your order from the online store, ship it to Lebanon, clear customs and deliver to your door. You pay cash on delivery.

If you receive your package and it's damaged or not as you requested, we will give you a refund as all your orders are fully insured with Eve.
