Tip 1: Read Product Labels Carefully
Most of us blindly believe the labels and claims on the products we purchase, although all supplements clearly state that their claims are not verified by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
In reality, most of those labels may be partially or completely inaccurate. Most supplementmanufacturers tend to place more effort on marketing and distribution rather than on the quality of their products.
Unfortunately, when looking at the available supplements in Lebanon, we find that most of them are sourced from those manufacturers. Even worse, especially when looking at protein supplements, we find that most of them are in fact non-genuine refills of products that are not safe nor effective to begin with.
